Factors commonly used in the bank selection preferences have been classified based upon Kano’s three quality dimensions dedicated to products and services. Considering the conceptframe of Marketing Mix, the Analytical Hierarchy Process technique has been used to rank effective factors on bank selection decision. The results of this research can be useful for the bank managers in Iran to find out their strengths and weaknesses points of the bank in order to attract more customers. <#LINE#> @ @ Almossawi M, Bank selection criteria employed by college students in Bahrain: an empirical analysis, International Journal of Bank Marketing, 19(3), 115-125 (2001) @No $ @ @ Anderson W.T., Cox E.P. and Fulcher D.G., Bank selection decision and marketing segmentation, Journal of marketing, 40(1), 40-5 (1976) @No $ @ @ Arora R., Cavusgil S.T. and Nevin J.R., Evaluation of financial institutions by bank versus savings and loan customers: an analysis of factor congruency, International Journal of Bank Marketing, 3(3), 47-55 (1985) @No $ @ @ Avkiran N.K., Quality customer service demands human contact, International Journal of Bank Marketing, 17(2)61-71 (1999) @No $ @ @ Beatty S.E., Mayer M., Coleman J.E., Reynolds K.E. and Lee J., Customer: sales associate retail relationships, Journal of Retailing, 72(3), 223-47 (1996) @No $ @ @ Boyd W.L., Leonard M. and White C., Customer preferences for financial services: an analysis, International Journal of Bank Marketing, 12(1), 9-15 (1994) @No $ @ @ Buttle F., Relationship Marketing: Theory and Practice, Chapman, London (1996) @No $ @ @ Chua E.K., Customer Intention to Deposit at Banks: An Empirical Investigation of its Relationship with Attitude, Normative Belief, and Confidence, National University of Singapore Thesis Collection, Singapore (1981) @No $ @ @ Claycomb C. and Martin C.L., Building customer relationships: an inventory of service providers’ objectives and practices, Journal of Services Marketing, 16(7), 615-35 (2002) @No $ @ @ Denton L. and Chan A.K.K., Bank selection criteria of multiple bank users in Hong Kong, International Journal of Bank Marketing, 9(4), 23-34 (1991) @No $ @ @ Devlin J.F., An analysis of choice criteria in the home loans market, International Journal of Bank Marketing, 20(5), 212-26 (2002a) @No $ @ @ Devlin J.F. and Ennew C.T., How the young choose financial services: a quantitative analysis, 34th EMAC Proceedings, University Bocconi, Milan(2005) @No $ @ @ Dupuy G.M. and Kehoe W.S., Comments on bank selection decisions and marketing segment, Journal of Marketing, 40(4), 89-91 (1976) @No $ @ @ Edris T.A. and Almahmeed M.A., Services considered important to business customers and determinants of bank selection in Kuwait: a segmentation analysis, International Journal of Bank Marketing, 15(4), 126-133(1997) @No $ @ @ Elliot M.B., Shatto D. and Singer C., Three customer values are key to marketing success, Journal of Retail Banking Services, 18(1), 1-7 (1996) @No $ @ @ Forman E. and Gass S., The analytic hierarchy process: an exposition, Operations Research, 49, 469-86 (2001) @No $ @ @ Golden B., Wasil E. and Harker P., The Analytic Hierarchy Process: Applications and Studies, Springer, Berlin, (1989) @No $ @ @ Grady B. and Spencer H., Managing Commercial Banks,Prentice-Hall, Englewood Cliffs, NJ, (1990) @No $ @ @ Gupta Y. and Torkzadeh G, Re-designing bank service: systems for effective marketing, Long Range Planning21(6) (1988) @No $ @ @ Haj Shirmohammadi A. and Wedley W.C., Maintenance management: An AHP application for centralization /decentralization, Journal of Quality in Maintenance Engineering, 10(1), 16-25 (2004) @No $ @ @ Holstius K. and Kaynak E, Retail banking in Nordic countries: The case of Finland, International Journal of Bank Marketing, 13(8), 10-20 (1995) @No $ @ @ Javalgi R.G., Armacost R.L. and Hosseini J.C., Using the analytical hierarchy Process for bank management analysis of customer bank selection decisions, Journal of Business Research, 19(1), 33-49 (1989) @No $ @ @ Karjaluto H., Selection criteria for a mode of bill payment: Empirical investigation among Finnish bank customers, International Journal of Retail & Distribution Management, 30(6), 331-39 (2002) @No $ @ @ Kaynak E., Kucukemiroglu O. and Odabasi Y., Commercial bank selection in Turkey, International Journal of Bank Marketing, 9(4), 30-45 (1991) @No $ @ @ Kaynak E. and Kucukemiroglu O., Bank and product selection: Hong Kong, International Journal of Bank Marketing, 10(1), 3-16 (1992) @No $ @ @ Kennington C., Hill J. and Rakowska A., Customer selection criteria for banks in Poland, International Journal of Bank Marketing, 14(4), 12-21 (1996) @No $ @ @ Khazeh K. and Decker D.H., How customers choose banks, Journal of Retail Banking, 14(14), 41-4 (1992) @No $ @ @ Kotler Philip, Marketing management: analysis, planning, implementing and control (9th ed). Its origin is Iran and west Asia and then, it has been taken to other parts of the world. At present, it is grown in most European, Asian and African countries. The research cytogenetically studied some perennial trigonella (fenugreek). It was assessed as a case study in Iran. After germination of seeds, the root apical meristem was used for karyotypic studies. Then, it was stabilized, hydrolyzed and stained. At the next stage, the microscopic sample was provided and the morphology of chromosomes was studied. The results showed that all assessed genotypes were diploid with 2n=2x=16 and the chromosomal basis of x=8. At the next stage, genomes including length of long and short arms of chromosome, the ratio of long arm to short arm and the ratio of short arm to long arm were analyzed. Then, the results were studied through Levan’s (et al.) table, the types of chromosomes were identified and Karyotypic symmetry of species was assessed according to the Stebbins’ method. According to the Stebbins’ bilateral table, genotypes of 460 (T.elliptica, Zanjan, Iran), 770 (T.elliptica, Avaj-Qazvin, Iran) and 5310 (T.elliptica, Shurjestan-Fars, Iran) were classified as group 1A (IA), the genotype of 162 (T.elliptica, Hossein Abad-Fars, Iran) was classified as group 2A, and finally, the genotype of 76 (T.elliptica, Gazal Park-Tehran, Iran) was classified as group1B. Genotypes plot showed similar results regarding the parameters of A1 and A2 and Stebbins’ table symmetry classes. At the end, the proximity and remoteness of studied species was chromosomally identified and the results were presented as dendrogram. <#LINE#> @ @ Aykut Y; Maktin E; Unal F and Akan H, Karyological study on six Trigonella L. species (Legominosae) in Turky, Caryologia,62(2), 89-94 (2009) @No $ @ @ Huziwara Y., Karyotype analysis in some genera of compositeae, Further studies on the chromosome of Aster, Amer.J.Bot., 49116-119 (1962) @No $ @ @ Ladizinsky G and Vosa CG, Karyotype and c – banding in Trigonella Foenum – graecum (Fabaceae), Plant Systematics and Evolution, 153, 1/2, 1-5 (1986) @No $ @ @ Lakshmi N, RaoTV and Venkateswara Rao T., Karyological and morphological investigations on some inbred strains of Trigonela, Genetical Iberica, 36, 187-200 (1984) @No $ @ @ Levan A.K., Fredga K.and Sandberg A.A.,Nomenclature for centromic position on chromosomes, Hereditas, 52, 201-220 (1964) @No $ @ @ Martin E, Akan H, Ekici M and Ayta Z, New chromosome number in the genus Trigonella L. from Turkey, African Journal of Biotechnology, 10(2), 116-125 (2011) @No $ @ @ Stebbins G.L. Humans have to act based on the mental structure, upbringing conditions and the current situation of the environment in a range of communications which are available for them. Conflict is a phenomenon emerged in the organizations from many decades ago up to now which it is an unavoidable phenomenon in humans’ life and it manifests in various forms. In fact, conflict is the individuals’ inclination toward the communication which makes people compassionate toward each other – consequently they would think their interests are against with each other. In present paper, the observation about the Conflict management styles and the interpersonal relationship in Kerman University of Medical Sciences has been provided. The obtained results showed a significant difference exits between variables of conflict management styles and the interpersonal relationship with demographic variables. <#LINE#> @ @ Kim TY, Wang C., Kondo M. and T.H., Conflict management styles: the differences among the chinese and Koreans, International Journal of Conflict Manamgnet,18(1), 23-41 (2007) @No $ @ @ Barbuto Jr, Xu Y. However, it is an off-line technique, i.e., the transformer should be out of service or disconnected to conduct the tests. This paper presents a novel on-line method based on the measurement of terminal current and voltage signals at the power frequency to distinguish between axial displacements and radial deformations in transformer windings. To demonstrate the feasibility of this method, an appropriate detailed RLCM model of the transformer winding is used and various defects are analyzed. The simulation results show the sensitivity and capability of the proposed technique for determining the extent and type of mechanical defects in power transformer windings. Furthermore, it is a straightforward technique applying the measured signals obtained from the existing metering equipments accessible in every substation and connected to power transformer and also the results can be interpreted by non-expert staff.<#LINE#> @ @ Christian J. and Feser K., Procedures for detecting winding displacements in power transformers by the transfer function method, IEEE Transactions on Power Delivery, 19(1), 214–220 (2004) @No $ @ @ Secue J.R. and Mombello E., Sweep frequency response analysis (SFRA) for the assessment of winding displacements and deformation in power transformers, Electric Power Systems Research, 78, 1119–1128 (2008) @No $ @ @ Rahimpour E. and Christian J. et al., Transfer function method to diagnose axial displacement and radial deformation of transformer windings, IEEE Transactions on Power Delivery, 18(2), 493–505 (2003) @No $ @ @ Abeywickrama K.G.N.B. and Serdyuk Y.V. et al., Exploring possibilities for characterization of power transformer insulation by frequency response analysis (FRA), IEEE Transactions on Power Delivery, 21(3), 1375–1382 (2006) @No $ @ @ Al-Ammar E.A. and Karady G.G. et al., Novel technique to improve the fault detection sensitivity in transformer maintenance test, European Transactions on Electrical Power, 20(4), 438–449 (2010) @No $ @ @ Leibfried T. and Feser K., Monitoring of power transformers using the transfer function method, IEEE Transactions on Power Delivery,14(4), 1333–1341(1999) @No $ @ @ Sofian D.M. and Wang Z.D. et al., Interpretation of transformer FRA responses-part II: Influence of transformer structure. The present research was conducted with aim of studying the effect of all kinds of canopies on reduction of energy consumption in commercial buildings in Yazd, using external canopies for one year in the commercial building in Yazd. This is an empirical research. AngstromPrescott formula was used to measure the amount of input energy by canopy in indoor commercial spaces. The results of paired-t test in SPSS indicates that regarding all external canopies – except for horizontal aluminum plates with a blade angle of 90 - there is a significant relationship between using various kinds of external canopies. Regarding internal canopies, the results of paired-t test also indicate there is a significant relationship between the use of various kinds of these canopies and the reduction of radiated solar energy. In other words using various kinds of blinds and curtains for indoor space of Yazd commercial building effects the reduction of energy consumption. Also comparing the efficiency of various canopies against the same input energy, it can be said that the highest efficiency of external canopy is related to external blind with a blade angle of 90\r, and the least efficiency is related to aluminum blade with an angle of 90\r. Also, the highest efficiency of internal canopy is related to internal blind with a 90\r blade, and the least is related to internal blind with 0\r blade. <#LINE#> @ @ Arif Kamal M., An Overview of Passive Cooling Techniques in Buildings: Design Concepts and Architectural Interventions, Architecture, 55(1),(2012) @No $ @ @ Tzempelikos A. and Roy M., A Simulation Design Study for the Façade Enovation of An OCanadian Solar Buildings Conference Montreal (2004), @No $ @ @Hossein Abadi S, Lashkari H.M. and Salmani Moghadam, Climatic design of residential building of Sabzevar with emphasis on building orientation and depth of canopy, Geography and DeveloJournal, 27, (2012) @No $ @ @ Karimiyan A.A., Iran Nejad M. and Mesdaghi M., The comparison of biotic and nonbiotic methods of shading in dry and warm regions (Case study: Yazd University Campus), Journal of Agricultural Sciences and Natural Resources, 16(1), (2009) @No $ @ @ Khorasani Zade H, SheikhZade G.A. and Jeid Sabz Pooshan, Investigation of building orientation and effect of canopy on energy consumption reduction, Fuel Consumption Optimizing Organization.(2006) @No $ @ @ Carbon Trust., How to implement solar shading, 7.Kasmaie M., Climate and architecture, Tehran, Khak publication, (2003) @No $ @ @ Mahram M., Study and design compatible with hot and dry climate (design of residential complex in Kashan city), MA thesis, architecture departmeModares University, reader Mojtaba Ansari,(2005) @No $ @ @ Saligheh M., Housing modeling compatible with climate for Chabahar city, Geography and Development Iranian Journal, (2004) @No $ @ @ Duffie J.A. and Beckman W.A., Solar Engineering of Thermal Processes, 2nd Edition, WilleyNew York, (1991) @No $ @ @ Tavousi T., Houshmand A. and Kazemi A., Climate and architecture of newly built schools of Isfahan city, Sistan and Baluchestan University, Development Iranian Journal1 (2008) @No $ @ @ David M., Donn M., Garde F. and Lenoir A., Assessment of the thermal and visual efficiency of solar shades, Building and Environment 46,1489-1406 (2011) @No $ @ @ Moieni Sam., Estimating the solar radiation in Iran by using the optimal model, (2010) @No <#LINE#>Impact of Work- Family Conflict on Organizational Performance<#LINE#>MuhammadNazim@Khan<#LINE#>48-53<#LINE#>8.ISCA-RJRS-2014-137.pdf<#LINE#> The Faculty of Management Sciences, Foundation University, New Lalazar Rawalpindi, PAKISTAN <#LINE#>17/1/2014<#LINE#>10/4/2014<#LINE#> Work is the most important factor in our society and all over the world, but family is also the most important and crucial factor and the part for human beings. No one can be leave or left from both of them these both should be parallel for successful life. If a person left even a single one or disturbed from one of them then the other one is also been disturb or it cannot be go efficient in work place. The inappropriateness between these two factors or domains creates stress and psychological strains. Thus this study examined the effect of work family conflict on the turnover and on the performance of an employee. Our area to collect the data and conduct the research from banking sector of Pakistan. We collected the data through a well-defined and reliable questionnaire. This study showed that employees assigned in various banks had experiences of conflicts, strain, conflicts in their workplaces, which impacted negatively on their work, family, and health. Moreover, the employees have perceived on a general basis that their work and life are not balanced in with their current jobs. Furthermore, the findings suggest that conflicts and stress positively correlated among employees. Similarly, organizational performance is also positively correlated with the employee performance. In other words, the employees were neither saved nor spared from work-life conflicts. It is recommended that management tackle and implement work-life enrichment initiatives, both affective and instrumental, to improve the market position of employer of choice and thereby it will enjoy significant cost savings related to human resources because it will be able to attract and retain a crop of quality front-line employees. <#LINE#> @ @ Barry J.J., Chandler and Clark H., Between the ivory tower and the academic assembly line, Journal of Management Studies, 38(1), 87-101 (2001) @No $ @ @ Eby L.T. et al., Work and family research in IO/OB: content analysis and review of the literature (1980-2002), Journal of Vocational Behavior, 66(1), 124-197 (2005) @No $ @ @ Mathis R.L. and Jackson J.H., Human Resource Management, Thomson South-Western (2010) @No $ @ @ Jacobs J.A. and Winslow S.E., Overworked faculty: Job stress and family demands, Annals of the American Academy of Political and Social Sciences,596(1), 104-129 (2004) @No $ @ @ Schultz J.B. and Henderson C., Family Satisfaction and job performance: implications for Career development, Journal of career development, 12, 33-47 (1985) @No $ @ @ Frone M.R., Yardley J.K. and Markel K.S., Developing and testing an integrative model of Work-family interference, Journal of Vocational Behavior, 50, 145-167 (1997) @No $ @ @ Gill M., Green HRM: People Management Commitment to Environmental Sustainability, Res. Questionnaire approach was used to get the data related to the research study. A total of 600 questionnaires were distributed; 450 were usable. The study variables were tested for their using Cronbach's alpha in SPSS. Means, the grand means and the ANOVA was used to analyse the data. The findings indicate that better the packaging of a product; better the customer is attracted to the product. There is no huge difference among the rural and urban consumers while choosing among different brands. Their buying decisions are based on the packaging of the products. The study was limited tppnly the twin cities of Pakistan. Furthermore it is suggested that the sample size should be increased to have a better understanding and to generalize the results of the research. The study will help the manufacturer of the packaging and marketing to observe and perceive opportunities while targeting rural consumers. The paper focuses the buying behavior of rural and urban consumers of Pakistan. It helps the marketing managers to devise and implement the marketing strategy by focusing on behaviors of consumers. <#LINE#> @ @ Sagar V.R and Kumar S, Packaging requirements for raw and processed foods, Beverage and Food world, 32, 24-28 (2005) @No $ @ @ Soroka W., Fundamentals of Packaging Technology, Published by Institute of Packaging Professionals Second Edition, (2000) @No $ @ @ Choi S and Burgess G., Practical mathematical model to predict the performance of insulating packages, Packaging Technology and Science,20(6), 369–380 (2007) @No $ @ @ Lee K, Kim H, An D, Lyu E and Lee D., Effectiveness of modified atmosphere packaging in preserving a prepared ready-to-eat food, Packaging Technology and Science,21(7), 417–423 (1998) @No $ @ @ Severin J., New Methodology for whole-package Microbial challenge Testing for medical Device Trays, J Testing and Evaluation,5(4),(2007) @No $ @ @ Kotler P, Marketing Management: Analysis, Planning, Implementation and control, Prentice Hall of India Private Limited (2004) @No $ @ @ Johnston R.G., Effective Vulnerability Assessment of tamper-Indicating Seals, J. In this paper, researcher has find out the negative relationship between leverage and investment, but the negative relationship between leverage and investment is significantly stronger for those firms which have low growth opportunities as compared to high growth opportunities. Growth opportunities play a vital role in investment decision of firm with leverage to avoid under or over investment. This research analyzes the results by using empirical model and measures the significance of endogeniety problem in implication of model. The fiscal assessment of flood destruction is becoming a significant priority, and evaluating flood hazardsis vital for flood economics in the United Kingdom. Subsequently, this paper qualitatively investigates the recent UK flood damage costs i.e. predominantly commercial and residential property destruction by incorporating a novel methodology, i.e. Flood Cost Evaluating Device. This approach, estimates damage costs of commercial and residential contents against an amalgamation of centimetre and metre scales. Implications of the methodology provide more precise damage costs, which emphasise potential climate change impacts on current and future generations. Evaluations for UK property costs are found to be circa £1.4 billion per year with 6 million properties at flood risk. However, present UK property damage costs represent only 0.1% of national GDP, showing it to be insignificant on a national scale. However, it results in significant losses e.g. housing, commercial building, industry, etc., which has an inevitable and major fiscal impact on local economies in both short and long term, and ultimately will have an increasing effect on the national economy. <#LINE#> @ @ Berz Gerhard, Flood disasters: lessons from the past worries for the future, Proceedings of the ICE-Water and Maritime Engineering, 42(1), 3-8 (2001) @No $ @ @ Barredo J.I., Major flood disasters in Europe: 1950–2005, Journal of Natural Hazards, 42(1), 125-148 (2007) @No $ @ @ Munich Re., Topics Geo Natural catastrophes 2008.Analyses, assessments, positions, Munich Reinsurance Group, Munich, (2009) @No $ @ @ Munich Re., Topics: Geo. In Iran, like in other countries, the annual consumptionincrease of different types of energy has made energy consumption management and raising energy efficiency national necessities. To be able to solve the energy and natural environment crisis and decrease energy wastage, we need to change our construction methods. In this respect, different components of a building each can act effectively in satisfying the structure’s self-sufficiency. Regarding the wideness of the roof compared to other external components of a building, studying its thermal performance is an important step in finding proper solutions for reducing the building heat wastage and decreasing energy consumption as a result. One strategy is building green roofs. Designed and implemented properly, a green roof can largely reduce energy consumption among other various advantages. Nanotechnology can be a great help when making this type of roof and can greatly affect the energy consumption reduction. The aim of this paper is to study how effective the roof and specially the green roof can be in reducing energy consumption. After the conduction it was concluded that both of them showed the mixed results which leaded some of the banks to the positive impact and some of the banks to the negative impact of merger and acquisition. But if we talk about the overall performance in longer run we can say that banks have slightly shown improvement in their financial performance even if the results of the first year of merger were declined but with the passage of time it increased and a continues to improve. <#LINE#> @ @ Kemal M.U., Post-Merger Profitability: A Case of Royal Bank of Scotland (RBS), International Journal of Business and Social Science,2(5) (2011) @No $ @ @ Sharma V., Do Bank Mergers create shareholder value?, An Event study analysis, Macalester College, (2009) @No $ @ @ Kithitu J., Cheluget J., Keraro V. and Mokamba J, Role of mergers and acquisitions on the performance of commercial banks in Kenya, International journal of management and business studies,2(4), 2230-2463 (2012) @No $ @ @ Halpern P.J., Corporate acquisitions: A theory of special cases?, A review of event studies applied to acquisitions, Journal of Finance,38(2), 297-317 (1983) @No $ @ @ Kathy L., Mergers and Acquisitions, Another Tool for Traders, Investopedia, (2005) @No $ @ @ Amedu S., Corporate Takeover, Acquisition and Merger, The Nigerian Stockbroker, the Official J. Contrary to regular assembly systems, we consider a three-working-station case where we have two intermediate buffers. The flow of materials is discrete. Since availability rate is one of the most important performance indicators for any company, we aim at providing tools to calculate the underlying measure for the assembly systems studied here. We tackle the problem by both simulation and analytical models. We use discrete event approach to simulate model, while in analytical model, we utilize Markov chain to assess the availability. Finally, we evaluate the performance of analytical model by comparing it against the simulation model proposed in this paper. <#LINE#> @ @ Ruiz R., García-Díaz J.C. and Maroto C., Considering scheduling and preventive maintenance in the flowshop sequencing problem, Computers and Operations Research, 34, 3314–3330(2007) @No $ @ @ Mc Collin C. and Disney J., An availability study for a SME, Total Quality Management and Business Excellence, 15(3), 391–403 (2004) @No $ @ @ Kiureghiana A.D., Ditlevsenb O.D. and Song J., Availability, reliability and downtime of systems with repairable components, Reliability Engineering Systems Safety, 92, 231–242(2007) @No $ @ @ Dekker R. and Groenendijk W., Availability assessment methods and their application in practice, Microelectron Reliability, 35(9–10), 1257 –1274 (1995) @No $ @ @ Tan B. and Groenendijk W., A three-station merge system with unreliable stations and a shared buffer, Mathemathical Computation and Modelling, 33, 1011–1026 (2001) @No $ @ @ Gámiz M.L. and RománY., Non-parametric estimation of the availability in a general repairable system, Reliability and Engineering Systems Safety, 93(8), 1188-1196 (2008) @No $ @ @ Tekin E. and Sabuncuoglu I., Simulation optimization: A comprehensive review on theory and applications, IIE Transactions, 36, 1067–1081 (2004) @No $ @ @ Hamada M., Martza H.F., Bergb E.C. and Koehler A.J., Optimizing the product-based availability of a buffered industrial process, Reliability and Engineering Systems Safety, 91, 1039–1048 (2006) @No $ @ @ Ross S.M., Stochastic processes, 2nd ed., NY: Wiley, (1996) @No $ @ @ Akhwanzada, Salman Ahmad, Mat Tahar and Razman bin, An Analysis of Malaysian Renewable energy target using Simulation Modelling Approach, Res.
