The data were analyzed by a single variable of the T- Test and also by using the SPSS software. The findings revealed that the highest scale of average among the items was devoted to the role of service training on job performance and the lowest scale was to the item of using new teaching technologies in courses of service training and there is relationship between any factors of holding service training courses, establishment of service training courses, content quality of service training courses, methods efficiency and new teaching technologies in service training courses and job performance of the staff. And also, there are no differences among the ideas of male and female staff to the establishment of service training courses and the last conclusion is that there is no difference between average scale of service training courses' efficiency in various levels of their educational such as diploma, upper diploma, BA and MA or higher degree statistically. <#LINE#> @ @ Saks A.M. and Haccoun R.R., Managing performance through training and development, Cengage Learning,(2011) @No $ @ @ Palmen A., Didden R. and Korzilius H., Effectiveness of behavioral skills training on staff performance in a job training setting for high-functioning adolescents with autism spectrum disorders, Research in Autism Spectrum Disorders, 4(4), 731–740 (2010) @No $ @ @ Saeed M.M. and Asghar M.A., Examining the Relationship between Training, Motivation and Employees Job Performance–The Moderating Role of Person Job Fit, (2012) @No $ @ @ Farrell G.A., Shafiei T. and Salmon P., Facing up to “challenging behaviour”: a model for training in staff–client interaction, Journal of Advanced Nursing, 66(7), 1644–1655 (2010) @No $ @ @ McCulloch P., Mishra A., Handa A., Dale T., Hirst G. and Catchpole K., The effects of aviation-style non-technical skills training on technical performance and outcome in the operating theatre, Quality and Safety in Health Care, 18(2),109–115 (2009) @No $ @ @ Jones M.K., Jones R.J., Latreille P.L. and Sloane P.J., Training, job satisfaction, and workplace performance in Britain: Evidence from WERS 2004, Labour, 23(s1), 139–175 (2009) @No $ @ @ Puhakainen P. and Siponen M., Improving employees’ compliance through information systems security training: an action research study, Mis Quarterly, 34(4), 757–778 (2010) @No $ @ @ Hadavandi M.R. and Hadavandi F., The impacts of the crises service training courses on the managers efficiency of Damavand City, Tehran Province at the time of events" Tehran University of Medical Sciences, (2010) @No $ @ @ Gholamshahi, Hassan Ali, The impacts of service training courses on the employees' performance of Tehran Telecommunication" MA thesis, Azad University, Roode Hen Branch, (2007) @No $ @ @ Fook C.Y., Sidhu G.K., Hashim R.A., Hamid A.A. and Yunus F.W., Teacher's Perception towards Psychometrics Analysis Software, Procedia-Social and Behavioral Sciences, 30, 376-381 (2011) @No $ @ @ Şahbaz Ü., The effectiveness of in-service training for school counselors on the inclusion of students with disabilities, Educational Research and Reviews, 6(8), 580-585 (2011) @No $ @ @ Karimi, Tnew models for examination of Organizational performance, Tadbir Journal, (2006) @No $ @ @ Detert, J. The main objective of these systems is to identify the user as an authentic or an imposter. These systems does not reveal about imposter’s gender or ethnicity. Majority of practices for gender classification utilize facial information. Very few references in the literature reported the identification of human attributes such as gender with the help of iris images. In this paper gender has been identified using iris images. Feature vector from an iris image is created by combining statistical features and texture features using wavelets. A gender prediction model using Support Vector Machine (SVM) has been developed and an accuracy of 85.68% has been achieved. <#LINE#> @ @ Chu W.S., Rong C. and Song Chen C., Identifying gender from pharmaceutical) at different medical branches of Islamic Azad University. The main problem in this research is that to what extent the provided academic and educational services by the departments can meet the students’ needs and expectations. Sampling process happened in Tehran and among medicine, dentistry, and pharmaceutical departments with total size of 1400 subjects. Using the Krejcie and Morgan table, 300 were selected by stratified random sampling method. To measure rate of satisfaction, a researcher- made questionnaire based on the international survey of students’ needs assessment developed by Noel-Levitz institute having the global standards was adapted. The obtained results indicate that the academic and educational services presented by different departments do not sufficiently satisfy the students’ needs and expectations and they are not pleased with the current conditions. <#LINE#> @ @ Sherry C., Bhat R., Beaver B. and Ling A., Students as customers: The expectations and perceptions of local and international students, In HERDSA Conference, (2004) @No $ @ @ Eagle L. and Brennan R., Are students customers? It is composed of three types of cells; Red blood Cells (RBC), White Blood Cells (WBC) and Platelets. Different types of white blood cells or leukocytes are counted in a sample blood smear and give necessary information about various hematological diseases. Evaluating a blood smear for WBC’s with the help of digital image processing is faster, easier and has contributed strongly in Computer Aided Diagnosis (CAD). In this work, we have focused on the segmentation of white blood cells in blood smear photomicrographs and proposed a novel technique for segmentation which can exploit color, size and shape features of different types of objects present in a blood smear photomicrographs. <#LINE#> @ @ Tkachuk C.D. and Hirschmann J. This is also known as Fisher hypothesis, which is used to study the equilibrium relation for long run between the inflation rate and the nominal interest rate in the time series data from 1973-2010. In this study, the Stationarity and non-Stationarity of the data is checked empirically using both ADF and PP test of unit root. Co-integration techniques like Johansen and Engle-Granger (Residual Based) co-integration test are used to study the long run relationship between the nominal interest rate and inflation. It is found that there exist a long run equilibrium relationship between the nominal interest rate and the inflation of Pakistan for the period of 1973-2010. <#LINE#> @ @ Shah I. and Waleed M., The Fisher Equation, Belgium before and after Euro currency, Thesis, School of Economics and Management, Lund Uni., Sweden (2010) @No $ @ @ Fisher I., The Theory of Interest, New York: Macmillan (1930) @No $ @ @ Hassan H., Fisher Effect in Pakistan, The Pakistan Deve. This study is conducted in Taylor vortex flow conditioned by the rotation of inner cylinder and stillness of outer cylinder and just taking into account the axial flow for estimating the parameters of flow (velocity and pressure components) in the narrow gap between two cylinders. The results of this study are important in the bearing application. The equations of Taylor–Couette flow and Galerkin method were obtained by the equations for the conservation of mass and momentum equations. Flow parameters were obtained by Fortran and investigated by Mathematica software. The flow is the sum of base flow and a deviation from the base flow. According to the main results of analysis above, the target diagrams are compared with Newtonian and a diagrams. The more the value of parameter a is reduced, the quicker the flow will become critical. All components of real velocity and pressure are reduced while increasing Shear-thinning. <#LINE#> @ @ Ashrafi N. and Khayat R.E., Shear-thinning Induced Chaos in Taylor-Couette Flow, Physical Review, 61(2), 1455-146 (2000) @No $ @ @ Kuhlmann H., Model for Taylor-Couette Flow, Physical Review, 32(3), 1703-1707 (1985) @No $ @ @ Roland L., Panton, Incompressible flow, A wiley Interscience publication, chap 6 and 747-751 (1996) @No $ @ @ Hlavacek M., A central film thickness Formula for elastohydrodynamic lubrication of Cylinders with soft incompressible coatings and a Non- Newtonian piecewise power-low lubrication Steady rolling motion, wear, 205, 20-27 (1997) @No $ @ @ Kuhlmann H., Roth D., and Lucke M., Taylor Vortex Flow under Harmonic Modulation of the Driving Force, Physical Review, 39(2), 745-762 (1989) @No $ @ @ Bird R.B., Armstrong R.C. and Hassager O., Dynamics of Polymeric Liquids, John Wiley & Sons, Chap. 4 (1987) @No $ @ @ Chossat P. and Looss G., The Couette-Taylor Problem," Springer-Verlag, Chap.'s. 1,2, 3 (1994) @No $ @ @ Mohan Lal and Gangotri K.M,A Comparative study on the Performance of Photogalvanic cells with mixed Surfactant for Solar Energy conversion and storage: D-Xylose- Methylene Blue systems, Res. Among researches that have been done in this field, we can point to the identification of the words in texts that comprehensive researches have been done in different languages such as : English, Japanese and Chinese. However, in Persian and Arabic languages, due to the complexity of these languages such as letters interconnection and various forms for letters according to their position in word, it is still need to research in this field. Segmentation is one of the most important steps in letter recognition system that it accuracy and speed is very important. Segmentation of Persian texts is the hardest since the specification of this language. In this study, we try to present a fast and efficient algorithm than same algorithms for segmentation of Persian documents with that help of connected components and clustering, we pay to identification and grouping of text and image areas. The users of this project are typical and we can use it as preprocessing steps of Optical Character Recognition systems. This research has been done on a collection of 100 scanned images of Persian newspapers and magazines with 300 dpi clarification and also it shows the simulation results with accuracy rate of %92.3 and significant speed than other approaches such as Voronoi Diagram. <#LINE#> @ @ O’Gorman, L. and R. So it sometimes even seems more appropriate to use it in the plural form 'deconstructions', nevertheless Bressler suggests a convenient step – by – step procedure in a deconstructive reading: discover the binary operations that govern a text, comment on the values , concepts and ideas behind these operations, reverse these present binary operations, dismantle previously held world views, accept the possibility of various levels of a text based on the new binary inversions, and allow the meaning of the text to be undecidable. Bressler’s, although nothing more than a convenient method haunted by oversimplification proves to be useful when reading a text. We will use it in this paper to help us trace the course of the text to find the loose brick in Millerian terms which ruins the whole building if it is taken out. <#LINE#> @ @ Lodge David, Modern Criticism and Theory: A Reader,New York: Longman, (1999) @No $ @ @ Derrida Jacques,Writing and Difference, Trans. The firms can provide their fiscal sources by two ways of internal and external sources. Because the expenses of internal financing sources are different from external financing sources and this point, itself, affects the stock's return. Consequently the problem of the manner of firm's financing is very important for investors and especially for stock holders. Of course, only providing of fiscal sources as a bridge for next responsibility and may be more important i.e optimal allocation of these sources and funds to the investing designs is justifiable. This research is an empirical study, which investigates the relation between accounting and financial variables by using Spearman’s correlation coefficient. The results of this research show that net change in total financing and its components (i.e. internal financing and external financing) have no significantly negative relation with abnormal returns. However, there is significantly positive relation between internal financing and Abnormal Returns. Also, there is significantly negative relation between change in externally financed net operating assets and Abnormal Returns. Finally, there is no significantly negative relation between change in internally financed net operating assets and abnormal returns.<#LINE#> @ @ Morady Gohareh Mehdy, Shams Gharneh Naserand Aminnayeri Majid., Cash Management in Production Planning: An Approachfor Iranian Industries, Research Journal of Recent Sciences, ), 23-32 (2014) @No $ @ @ Seyednezhadfahim S.R., Eghdami E., Yosefnezhad S. and Maleki M., Investigating the Procedure of Financial Factors in Successful Companies, Research Journal of Recent Sciences, ), 44-48 (2013) @No $ @ @ Scott R. and Richard S., External Financing and Future Stock Return,Working Paper, the Wharton School (2003) @No $ @ @ Aggarwal Vijender, Aggarwal Rachna and Khanna Parul., Micro Finance and Risk Management for Poor in India, Research Journal of Recent Sciences, ), 104-107 (2012) @No $ @ @ Scott, William Robert, Financial Accounting Theory, Third Edition,Termeh Publication (2003) @No $ @ @ Rani N. and Surendra S. It provides remarkable opportunities and growth potential for all types of organizations, academia and businesses. Network security is vital for any organization connected to the Internet. Foolproof network security is a key challenge which can be addressed by hardening the network against threats e.g., hackers, malwares, botnets, data thieves etc. Firewalls, antivirus and intrusion detection systems are used to protect the network. Firewall can control network traffic but sole dependence on this type of security measure is not enough. Attackers use open ports such as web server (http) port 80 and POP server port 110 to infiltrate networks. Intrusion detection system (IDS) minimizes security gaps and strengthens security of a network by analyzing the network packets for sifting malicious packets. Snort is renowned as a leader in IDS technology. Snort uses both misuse-based and anomaly-based techniques for capturing malevolent packets. Addition of prevention support in IDS is a step forward as it can help block malicious packets. Real time detection with prevention by Intrusion Detection and Prevention Systems (IDPS) has taken the security of a network to an advanced level by hardening the network against mischievous activities. The objective of this paper is to review the contemporary literature and to provide a critical evaluation of various techniques of intrusion detection and prevention systems. We analyze and identify the strengths and limitations of various techniques used in Snort-based IDPS systems. This paper also highlights the usefulness of IDPS in network security environment. <#LINE#> @ @ Santosh K., Technical Problems Especially Web Security Related With World Wide Web, ISCA J. Assistive technology refers to the technology that provides assistance to disable person in reducing the effects of disability and enabling them to take actively part in their routine life. Researchers have proposed different AT devices as well as comprehensive systems to help people with disability in various areas. There are many industries, which intensively focused on designing and implementing AT devices or systems for disable persons, but integration of these devices and systems from different vendors is a major issue. Elder people or people with health issues use a significant number of AT devices/appliances on day-to-day basis. Operating these appliances with single mobile remote control can assist their living. However, as various vendors provide these appliances, compatibility of these appliances with single interface is challenging task. Mostly these devices/appliances and systems are not compatible with each other. This research proposes a model for universal remote control provided on mobile. This model integrates assistive living function and exploits mobile technology for providing a consistent interface for handling every device/appliance. A familiar interface for every device/appliance can assist people specially elder/disabled person to handle various devices and provide good user experience.<#LINE#> @ @ Disability Information - Benefits, Facts and Resources for Persons with Disabilities, Disabled World, http://www.disabled-world.com/disability/# Access on 10/07/2012 (2012) @No $ @ @ Nehmer J., Becker M., Karshmer A. and and Lamm R., Living assistance systems: an ambient intelligence approach, In Proceedings of the 28th international conference on Software engineering, (ACM) 43-50 (2006) @No $ @ @ Muhammad Usman M. and Tomimoto I., The Aging Population of Japan: Causes, Expected Challenges and Few Possible Recommendations, Research Journal of Recent Sciences,2(11), 1-4 (2013) @No $ @ @ Udhayakumar P. and Ponnuswamy I., Informal Care Received by Elderly Residing in Slums of Tiruchirappalli District, Tamilnadu, India, Research Journal of Recent Sciences, 1(1), 15-18 (2012) @No $ @ @ Lee J.
