For this reason, knowing that effects of influence of different varieties on customer’s shopping tendency can play an important role on their success. This research’s purpose is to discuss the effects of various aspects of retail’s special value on tendency of Tehran’s ETKA consumer. This paper classified as an applied research and descriptive correlational study. Structural equation modeling is used for data analysis. This population of this research is all the Tehran’s ETKA customers. In addition, 388 questioners are used for this research data analysis. This research concludes that beside retailer’s equity, retailer’s reputation and association as well as customer’s awareness and loyalty are effective and play an important role on customer’s shopping tendency. Now a day’s all the services are available on the web. These advancements encourage disabled users (blind) to access the web content. For this screen readers have been introduces and guidelines have been set to establish the compatibility between both of them. This paper endeavors in guidelines and problems that blind people face when using the News website. A comparative study was done on local and international sites. They were evaluated manually and with web accessibility tools using WCAG 2.0 and found that news sites don’t even meet Level A of WCAG 2.0 and the users are facing problems to access the core features of the site. In this study, an experiment was also conducted with disabled college students and professionals to test the usability of News websites (Local and International) to see how blind users access the News website and what are the problems they face using web with screen readers. Flood flows of hill torrents have potential prospects for development to meet growing demands of water for agriculture. However to harvest this potential through traditional systems is not a success story. This paper discusses GIS and Remote Sensing tools application as a strategy to explore viable and economical prospective of floodwater management for spate irrigation. The fundamental problem is the optimal conservation of hill torrents flows and management of these water resources. To tackle this problem, a study for reservoir site selection was carried out. In this study, we present cost effective approach to mitigate the flood hazard while conserving this floodwater as irrigated water supply to minimize drought threats for a spate irrigation system. The novelty of study is development of a methodology for estimation of water holding capacity for reservoir by using geo-informatics tools. The objectives of paper are i. to demarcate the potential catchments of spate irrigation system and ii. floodwater storage by siting reservoir with geo-informatics tools. As an auxiliary output, a geo database is generated for intend to use its attribute data and spatial data for future research projects. This geo database include data layers of satellite imagery, GPS aided ground control points, irrigation network, catchments, administrative boundaries, proposed reservoir site location and digitized linear and polygon features. The results of this study depict that agricultural water management would be carried out efficiently with the use of developed methodology. Iranian production environment entails a rather unique combination of financial aspects such as high inflation/interest rate, payments by installments and cash shortage problems. In Iranian markets, payments via installments are very common and usually buyers can choose among the available temporal patterns of payment. To incorporate this phenomenon in the production planning model, the concept of financial exchange patterns is defined. By combining these patterns with cash flows, availability of loans, time value of money and classic elements of production planning, a suitable model for Iranian industries is developed. The population of study is selected companies listed in Tehran Stock Exchange during the 9-year period from1382 to 1390. Through the populations considered in the Tehran Stock Exchange, a total of 150 companies were selected by simple random sampling method as sample in this study. Capital structure is the independent variable in this study, which it's reagent index according to theoretical considered in this study is intended to debt ratio. The dependent variable in this study is the product market competition which it's index is considered Q2bin, HHI. Also the control variables affecting this study were selected Company size, dividends, interest risk, profitability and non-debt tax savings. The scope of this study includes: a 9-year period from 1382 until the end of 1390 and statistics on these variables are an annual gathering. The results showed that at the corporate level and between the industries, there was no significant correlation between the debt ratio and the earnings volatility (risk-benefit), but four other control variables have a significant relationship with debt ratio. <#LINE#> @ @ Setayesh. To diversify the fuel-mix the Malaysian government set a technology specific target in 2011. The dynamic complexity of generation capacity expansion decision requires for development of an assessment model to evaluate the policy target. For this purpose, System dynamics modelling and simulation approach is used in this project. The model comprises of four sub-sectors: planning and permitting; construction; renewable operational capacity vintages, and investment decision. The time varying interactions between sub-models generate the dynamic behavior of the system. The simulation reveals a failure to achieve the renewable capacity target of 985 Mega-Watts by 2015. Treatments were three composting times (C) and three sizes (S) included: C= (size 0-0.5 cm + 0 month composted), C= (size 0-0.5 cm + 3 months composted), C= (size 0-0.5 cm + 6 months composted), C= (size 0.5-1 cm + 0 month composted), C= (size 0.5-1 cm + 3 months composted), C= (size 0.5-1 cm + 6 months composted), C= (size 1-2 cm + 0 month composted), C= (size 1-2 cm + 3 months composted), C= (size 1-2 cm + 6 months composted). During cultivation, the Papadopolus formula was used as fertigation solution. To compare the effect of plant cultivation, we measured the effects of the same treatments on media without plant. Statistical analysis showed concentrations of Mn, Cu, Fe and Zn were significantly increased at the end of cultivation from culture media without and with plant in compare to before planting (P0.05). Amounts of Mn, Cu, Zn and Fe in tomato fruit and leaf differed significantly depending on composting time and particle size of culture media (P 0.05). Maximum concentrations of Mn, Cu, Zn and Fe in tomato fruit and leaf indicated that culture media 6 months composted and size 0.5-1 cm increased microelements of tomato fruit and leaf more than the other treatments. The overall results of this research showed that properties of culture media, media irrigation with nutrient solution and micronutrients absorption by plants were determinant of amounts of available microelements in culture media before and after planting. For this purpose, a lot of techniques have been developed to predict the flood like Hydrograph, unsteady Flow River like SPH(Smooth Particle Hydrodynamics), ANFAS, FRICS, DMS and CBC. However these are not efficient to take benefits of uprising concepts for prediction. To overcome the problems, we developed a system based on mobile agent concepts. For mobile agent communication, VSAT (Very Small Aperture Terminal) is used which is useful in any type of critical conditions. For this, we develop a mobile agent based algorithm which can provide communication of server and client agent. This divides the system in two parts server and client agent. The client agent is responsible for calculating the discharge of flood based on water passing through the cross-section area, calculated by Simpson’s1/3rd method and its velocity. The present study shows that for free vibrations a dynamic system becomes a static system; as a result, static theories of linear structures can be used. Then, frequencies and modular forms are calculated. By contribution of Betti’s corresponding displacement theorem, orthogonal characteristic of modules is characterized. For forced vibrations, employment of module converts multi-degrees free engaged dynamic system to several independent single-degree free dynamic systems in each of which mass, spring stiffness and forced force for new system are linear combinations of mass, spring stiffness and forced force of engaged system. For example, frequencies, modular forms and forced displacement from transverse load to story such as hurricane force and acceleration imposed on building foundation, say earthquake, are manually calculated and compared by simulating with commercial-research software package, ANSYS. The proposed design of filter is simulated, fabricated, measured and analyzed for lumped and discrete element UWB filters. The range of this filter is about 3.1 GHz to 10.6 GHz. The filter is also expected towards producing low insertion loss. Proposed filter is simulated by HFSS and result show reasonable performances over entire UWB. Averaged insertion loss for UWB of this filter is about 0.2 dB within entire band with constant group delay. The equivalent circuit model of the UWB bandpass structure is presented in this paper. Military action taken by the states solely for the protection of human rights against the other state highlighted a tension between the concepts of state sovereignty and protection of human rights proclaimed by the UN charter. The statistical population of research consisted of 148 boy high schools employees, that 108 out of them were selected in stage cluster random sampling method and in basis of Krejcie and Morgan table. In order to collect data, we use Karry Barent transformational questionnaire for leadership and schools yearly performance table for Performance improvement evaluate. For analyzing data, the Smirnov and Kolmogrov test and Pearson correlation test are used. The finding result showed that there was a positive relationship between transformational leadership and teacher’s performance improvement. Geophysics, NGRI, Hyderabad, AP, INDIA<#LINE#>23/6/2013<#LINE#>20/7/2013<#LINE#>This article describes the aspect of geoenvironment and portable groundwater zone of a watershed located in coastal tract around Tuticorin Corporation, Tamil Nadu, India, using remote sensing and GIS. Initially, based on satellite imagery, topographical, geomorphological and hydrogeological features, an area of about 206 sq.km was demarcated as a promising zone for groundwater exploration in the study area. The problem of the study is a representative case of overexploitation of groundwater resources, leading to the continuous exhaustion of the grained as well as the groundwater aquifer. In such situations topographic, landuse, geology, hydrogeological and geomorphological features provide useful clues for the selection of suitable areas. Identifying a good site for groundwater exploration in coastal terrain is a challenging task. From the fluctuation map it is found that maximum recharge in deeper water level is found in the central and southern part of the present study area. Eastern and Northern part of the study area shows minimum rise of water level of less than 4 m. The water level fluctuation of the study area compounds is considered for components of recharge. In general, the coastal terrain formations do not have good groundwater potential. An expert system is a knowledge-based computer program that achieves human expertise in a limited domain. The expert system or knowledge based systems (KBS) are originated in the study of artificial intelligence (AI). Expert systems owes their existence to the artificial intelligence and answer to inferential questions on specific issues such as the implications of the knowledge of the experts. Expert systems must be able to explain their process of reasoning and conclusion to the end user.
