	<Abstract> The interaction of three fungi viz, Penicillium griseofulvum P. crustosum and Aspergillus terreus in relation to mycotoxins production was studied. Production of penitrem A, CPA, patulin and terreic acid by above fungi varied with the environmental conditions. In general glucose, sucrose and potassium nitrate were favoured carbon and nitrogen sources. The biomass production also varied with environmental factors.  </Abstract>
