	<Abstract> In this present work, an Empirical Correlation is developed to estimate the Effective Thermal Conductivity (ETC) of the two-phase materials for various inclusion shapes based on unit cell. The coefficients of the correlation can be given as functions of concentration and contact ratio. The validity of the correlation is verified through Finite Element Analysis (FEA).   </Abstract>
