	<Abstract>  The species composition of plankton invertebrates was studied in Jalaser tank Mandalgarh in 2009–2010. A list of planktonic rotifers was made. The dominating complexes of zooplankton organisms were found. The quantitative characteristics of plankton communities in the pond were described and analysed on the basis of various diversity indices. </Abstract>
