Abstract

Since 2001, Xi'an Siyuan University has always adhered to the original intention of environmental protection, emancipating the mind, free oneself from old ideas and daring to be the first in the practice of sewage treatment, recycled water reuse and distributed heating energy saving, consumption reduction and promote scientific and technological progress. Use" quota management, metering and charging" to promote water and electricity saving for college students. Use the way of inviting in and going out to create alow-carbon and energy-saving exchange demonstration platform to give back and serve the society.
